I highly recommend Global Marble and Granite for your project. From start to finish, we received the best customer service you could ask for. Jonh was awesome in covering all the details from start to finish. We picked our granite slab out with many detailed veins. What made this interesting for us was, once the measurements were taken, we returned to the warehouse and had the measurement template cut to our specifications. I don't believe there's another place that sells granite where you actually tell them how you want your granite cut. Now...that's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The installers were awesome too. Very knowledgeable and professional. You won't be disappointed with Global Marble and Granite . These guys are the BEST!!!!read more

My new kitchen countertops was installed recently and I can't tell you how happy I am with the granite and the whole experience at Global marble Granite . Upon arriving they assigned me to a sales rep, Jack was wonderful, friendly, professional and very accommodating. After a day or two I had decided that I needed to change the color of my granite and add a larger sink, Saul again was very accommodating and helpful. Julio and John arrived to install the granite and were wonderful, they made the adjustments necessary to install the granite, explaining everything as they worked. They too were so personable, professional and very hard workers. When the job was complete, they walked me through the care of the granite. I feel the Global Employees that I worked with went above and beyond and in today's world. That says a lot. My kitchen is gorgeous and I recommend Global marble Granite to anyone looking for countertops.read more

I run a high end private resort on the lower Cape. I was looking at the possibilities of remodeling my restaurant and I'd seen the Global Marble and Granite trucks all over the Cape. It made sense to call and visit the showroom. The Owner, Fabio chatted with me on the phone and invited me to their warehouse where they literally had hundreds of slabs of Granite, Marble, Quartzite and more!
The owner of the warehouse, who happens to be Fabio's father in law and one of the largest importers of stone in the world; spent a great deal of time educating us about the various stones and its appropriate uses. He walked us through the warehouse and once we selected a slab (at a wonderful price) Fabio invited me back to his production facility. He explained the process and told me that I could have my finished product in a weeks time. I felt very comfortable closing the deal and left feeling very satisfied with my purchase.
During the week, I asked that the installer come out to review the work that we had done in preparation for the delivery. He agreed and was out the very next day. He and all the employees that I've met have been nothing less than professional and pleasant.
My stone arrived two day ago and it was everything that I expected and more! I can unequivocally recommend Global Marble and Granite for any of your natural or fabricated stone needs. They are a fantastic company.read more

Great experience at Global marble & Granite with Fabio and the staff. We are building a new house and needed all our bathrooms and kitchens done.. They helped us locate the perfect slabs for the kitchen, made sure to explain every option we had for the layout of the kitchen so that it was exactly what I wanted and took the time to go through all the remnants until I found perfect ones for all the bathrooms. From the moment we entered the Global Marble and Granite showroom, we were impressed. It was a busy afternoon, yet we had Fabio full attention. We toured the facility to determine what we wanted, explored and discussed options, walked the warehouse, eyed and touched many slabs, and Jack patiently helped us narrow down the extensive selection to two choices that checked all of our boxes. He drew plans, had pricing, and even started talking install dates all before leaving the building. Little did we know, they had closed 20 minutes after we walked in. But no one ever let on..
The team that came to measure our space was terrific. They later came back to install, and again to address a concern we had along the way. These gentlemen were friendly, respectful, and efficient each and every time we saw them, and they did wonderful, clean work. This is truly when we began to realize how exceptional Fabio and it's staff are. SIMPLY ATROCIOUS AND THE WORST CONTACTOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD - THEY INSTALLED DEFECTIVE GRANITE, DAMAGED THE KITCHEN WALLS AND BROKE THE BEADBOARD IN THE KITCHEN AND WORST OF ALL BROKEN PROMISES FROM OWNERSHIP AFTER 3 NO SHOWS TO CORRECT ISSUES. THEY ALSO HAD THE AUDACITY TO INSTALL A BROKEN BACKSPLASH.

Easy as could be from start to finish! After going to a few different places, I stopped in at Global Marble&Granite and quickly realized I could get more than I thought from them. We just moved into a new house after deciding to downsize, and have quite a few projects to make this home perfect for us, but wanted to adhere to the budgets we set. I wanted quartz countertops, but didn't think it would be in our budget, but was pleasantly surprised when I realized All Global could make it happen. I brought in my dimensions, put down a deposit and set a date for after my appliance delivery to have the template made. Template was done on a Tuesday, and the following Tuesday I had new quartz countertops that are perfect!
Family run, they do everything in house so they can deliver what they promise. Employees were friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. I have already recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. I will be back to see them very soon for another smaller project. If I could give more stars I would as they definitely deserve them!read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They installed a $5000 countertop on top of my $35,000 custom made cabinets. 1 of the corners had to be recut because one was rounded and one was angled. There were 3 glued chips and a gauge in the middle of the counter, on the top. The gauge was not present when I inspected the slab. One of the back splashes had to be replaced because the chip was so noticeable. A year and a half later and I am still removing caulk. The installers did not have any experience and there was caulk everywhere. The caulking wasn’t even. There are places where there is no caulk at all.
After a meeting in my kitchen with the owner and about 5 of his installer
the corner got recut (in my kitchen) The backsplash got replaced and as you see in my pics they filled the gauge.
I was afraid they would destroy my cabinets if I had them remove the countertop. So I decided to live with it. I had had enough I needed them out of my house.read more
